1. Remove the ring found under the cap on a plastic bottle.
2. Paint the ring black.
3. Dye (or spraypaint) three feet of string black.
4. Cut a circle out of acetate that is the same circumference as your ring.
5. Glue the acetate circle and dyed string to the ring.
6. Wear it.

How To Make Mason's Monocle

1. Find an old CD case. Use a boxcutter to create a lens.
2. Remove the cord from an old pair of headphones. If the cord is not black, color it black with a marker.
3. Wrap the stripped headphone wire around the plastic lens and glue it in place.
4. Wear it.
